I would come there again, loved the hotel. I have just returned from a GOOD stay in this small family run property, well-appointed rooms. It has perfect location for visiting an old museum. You could walk to all stores and a bakery.

great on-site entrance, well-maintained hotel, amazing access to local events
Stairs created quite the hassle, especially with multiple bags over four days!!! Shower pressure was disappointingly low!!!

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially with the comfortable Queen Room and its modern bathroom amenities. Having the beach just across the street was perfect for a quick dip, and the nearby Wrigley Memorial and Botanical Garden provided a beautiful escape. The owner was very accommodating, providing useful suggestions for things to do in Avalon. The location right across from the beach makes it easy to enjoy the sand and sun. The shared walls mean noise from the karaoke bar next door can keep you up at night. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a family vacation. Friendly staff made check-in easy. Would recommend despite the noise issues.

great location, but noisy at night
The view from my King Suite was amazing. The condition of the hotel was very nice. Everything felt well-maintained and cared for. The staff were professional and attentive. Catching the landmark view from the balcony added special moments to my trip, particularly during sunrise.
The noise from nearby establishments can be disruptive.

Located right by the beach, the views were amazing, especially from the room's sitting area. The owner was kind, allowing early check-in and even helping with luggage to the ferry. The enclosed patio with a mini-fridge and sink was a good touch, perfect for enjoying refreshments while taking in the scenery. The fresh fish served in the area added to the enjoyable stay.

This spot has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the ferry dock and right near the beach! The rooms are stylishly decorated, and I found them to be clean and cozy overall. I really appreciated the complimentary bottles of water upon arrival, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming.
On the downside, the lack of a front desk and limited information about local activities was frustrating. I also had trouble with noisy neighbors partying too late and some unwelcome garbage truck wake-ups. Oh, and be ready to haul your bags up a flight of stairs—definitely not ideal for everyone!
